Standard Deposition Videography (On-Site)
Hourly Rate: $145/hr
Minimum: 3-hour minimum (=$435)
Billing: After minimum booking, billed in 15-minute increments
Overtime after 8 hours billed at $180/HR billed in 15-minute increments
Remote / Hybrid Support
Hybrid Deposition (on-site + remote platform support): +$175 flat tech fee
Remote-Only Deposition Capture/Support: $145/hr (2-hour minimum)
Delivery & Turnaround
Standard delivery 3 business days: Included
Next Business Day Rush: +$150
Same-Day Rush: +$250
Secure digital delivery link: Included
Physical media (USB/Drive): +$35 plus shipping (if requested)
Post-Production (Optional)
Excerpt editing & clip exports: $95/hr (1-hour minimum)
Includes trimming, clean start/stop, file naming, and delivery-ready exports
Subtitle and Captions from transcript full deposition - $200
Animation / Explainers (Non-Deposition)
Motion graphics & animated explainers: $95/hr (1-hour minimum)
Includes titles.
Travel & Expenses
Local travel included: within 25 miles of Richmond. VA
Mileage beyond local: $0.75/mile
Parking/tolls: at cost (receipts provided)
Out-of-area (DMV/NC): quoted per job (or mileage + parking/tolls)
Scheduling Policies
Cancellations within 24 hours: billed 50% of minimum/day rate
Cancellations within 4 hours / same-day cancellation: billed 100% of minimum
Payment Terms
Invoice: sent within 24 hours of job completion
Payment: Net 15
Payment methods: Check or ACH (preferred)
